About MEDTING

MEDTING is an interactive platform on web for the medical professionals over the world to share their knowledge. MEDTING is a best tool for a physician for sharing medical images, videos and discuss them with a large community of physicians. All for free, always.

MEDTING is a secure, private and closed community for the physicians. Only registered clinicians are allowed to register with their own specialties. They can then post cases along with the images/videos associated. MEDTING has advanced tools for viewing the images and videos which elaborates the case to the other members. Other members of the community post their comments about the case or refer the case to the known experts within the community.

MEDTING cases and images/videos are tagged with SNOMED (Systematized Nomenclature of Medicine -- Clinical Terms) keywords for fast search from a large repository. The member can decide the SNOMED terms to be associated with the post. At MEDTING, a physician can decide to keep case and images private and then share with specific colleagues for discussions.

Patient personal details are never stored in MEDTING and content is the sole responsibility of the physicians.

With a complete repository of cases, images and associated medical documents, MEDTING also aims at helping medical students to learn and reveal rare cases and opinions from the experts.
