Case Summary:

A 57 year old woman complain subacute abdominal pain in mesogastrio since 1 year.The pain is constant and not associated to another symptom (fever, hyporexia, weight decrease, etc). The patients refers as if she has an abnormal colection inside her abdomen.
An abdominal TC was performed and revealed a retroperitoneal 8cm x 9 cm mass of cystic aspect.
She was submitted to the General Surgery department and was operated. The macroscopic aspect of this benign retroperitonal cyst is shown.
