Clinical Presentation: Rule out renovascularhypertension.
Comment: With high quality US scanners and some experience,multiple renal
arteries can be explored noninvasively. Theincidence of multiple renal arteries is
encountered in 13% ofangiographic examinations but is extremely rarely the cause
ofrenovascular HT.
Description: The kidneys are of normal size and of normalechogenicity. The
urinary cavities are not dilated. The ColorDoppler US demonstrates 2 codominant left renal
