Clinical Presentation: Asymptomatic patient after a varicella-zostervirus
pneumonitis.
Comment: Varicella-zoster virus pneumonitis affectsapproximately 10% of adults
with chickenpox. The pneumonia ispotentially severe. Calcified nodules are a particularly
commonsequela.
Description: The frontal chest X-ray shows multiple small densenodules in both
lungs.
