50-year-old truck driver, is stricken with an abrupt, precipitous elevation in blood pressure. His symptoms are also associated with tachycardia, palpitations, headaches, sweating and tremors. A CT scan showed a mass in the right adrenal gland which was excised. You have a glass slide of the surgical specimen with an H&E stain.
